The Curvy girl debate got even bigger last night as Sophie Reade, winner of Big Brother this year, and a group of voluptuous women were escorted away from London fashion week. The group, sporting ‘Frankie says Curves’ t-shirts were protesting against size zero women in the fashion industry. The group were slating celebs such as Victoria Beckham and Emma Watson for being too thin. The group were eventually physically removed from the London event as organisers were worried about security for the celebs and models.
Big Brother winner said about the protest:

“I think being curvy is so sexy and I would hate to be stick-thin and unwomanly, I was proud to be there today, as I think every woman should love their bodies and so should the world of fashion.”

The group were condemning the fashion world for predominately using very thin models. Even after the Size Zero debate where the fashion industry said they would try to combat the size zero trend and help models with their health, but the debate still continues and plus size models are still a minority.
